At AESTHETIC, we are committed to your peak performance. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your items in the original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in premium condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
